Description

Starbond DW-500 White Medium-Thick CA glue is a special formula that creates an opaque white bond. This medium-thick adhesive is slow-flowing, with typical bonding times of 40-60 seconds. From repair and filling of small holes in painted surfaces to niche uses, the DW-500 has got you covered! Ideal for filling and repairing white-coloured voids, cracks, and imperfections, this adhesive is specifically designed for gap filling and marble repair. 

Professional Tip: Coloured CAs may have a longer bonding time. It can take much longer than usual to dry when large amounts of the adhesive are applied. We recommend our Starbond Accelerator to reduce the bonding and drying times.

We saw Eddie Priscott’s display at the Abingdon Craft Fair in November last year. We were immediately taken with a set of three stools that were made out of single plank of oak, with a natural crack in the wood filled with a blue resin. This colour matched some resin used in a piece of ceramic art that we had in our open plan kitchen-lounge. We asked Eddie if he could make the three seats into bar stools so that we could sit at our breakfast bar. He made new tripod bases out of metal, with rubber feet to protect our wooden floor. Then we asked him for a fourth stool. All of which was no problem. He and Hayley delivered them one evening, and we have been enjoying them ever since. We would thoroughly recommend him for his abilities, service and price, all of which were excellent.”
