Description

Starbond KBR-150 Brown Medium CA glue is a brown-tinted super glue for general-purpose use and so much more!  With its light amber colour, there is no need to introduce sawdust to your other CA glues when filling voids!  This adhesive penetrates narrow slots, bonds close-fitting parts, and fills small gaps.  We recommend pairing this glue with light coloured woods, for perfect inlays, crack repairs, and sanding to a high-polish finish. Starbond KBR-150 Brown Medium CA glue is commonly used in woodturning inlays, burl, and spalted wood, heavy duty bonding and filling voids.

We saw Eddie Priscott’s display at the Abingdon Craft Fair in November last year. We were immediately taken with a set of three stools that were made out of single plank of oak, with a natural crack in the wood filled with a blue resin. This colour matched some resin used in a piece of ceramic art that we had in our open plan kitchen-lounge. We asked Eddie if he could make the three seats into bar stools so that we could sit at our breakfast bar. He made new tripod bases out of metal, with rubber feet to protect our wooden floor. Then we asked him for a fourth stool. All of which was no problem. He and Hayley delivered them one evening, and we have been enjoying them ever since. We would thoroughly recommend him for his abilities, service and price, all of which were excellent.”
